Excerpt

Fohenagh led Tynagh by seven points to nil in a Junior A game at Kiltormer on 15 July 1956, until fighting on the pitch got the game called off. Both teams were suspended for twelve months. The book calls it 'a devastating blow', but the County Board still let Fohenagh into senior hurling, and three years later they were county champions.
