Summary

Tommie Glynn was in the front row of the 1960 Fohenagh side that won back-to-back Galway senior hurling titles (Galway City Tribune, 29 January 2021, p.68)[1]. A History of Fohenagh pictures him with the cup, in 'Cup retained 1960', beside Tony O'Gorman and Norman Farragher, and names him as T. Glynn in the 1959 and 1960 champions photographs[2]. He was on the Fohenagh side for the 1959 replay against Castlegar, Fohenagh 3-9, Castlegar 4-5 (Connacht Tribune, 19 September 1959)[3]. The Turloughmore club archive of the 1963 county final has Tommy Glynn starting for Fohenagh[4]. He was named as T. Glynn in the 1959 Senior County Hurling Champions photo and the 1960 Senior Hurling Champions photo[4].
